For over two decades we have been involved in various projects ranging from supplies of medical equipment and training of medical workers, medical consultancy and civil and mechanical engineering.

Projects Executed By Tarere Ventures

  1. NDDC: Construction Project for the extension works on farm road/ Igbokwe close,Mgbuoba in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, valued at N95,117,295.00 (Ninety-five million, one hundraed and seventeen thousand, two hundred and ninety-five naira only.

  2. Tarere Ventures Limited has been contracted by Niger Delta Development Commission for the construction of SSD NDDC Ultra-Modern Skill Acquisition Centre at Patani in Delta State, a partnership project valued at N200,000,000.00 (Two hundred million naira only).

  3. Tarere Ventures partnered NDDC in a road construction project in Warri, Delta state valued at N139, 000,000.00(One hundred and thirty-nine million naira only).

  4. Supply, Installation, Training of Medical personnel and Maintenance of Medical Equipment to Okolo Biri General Hospital, valued at N400,000,000.00 (Four hundred million naira).

  5. Purchase and supply of additional Medical Equipment to Okolobiri General Hospital, valued at N72,030,000.00 (Seventy-two million and thirty thousand naira).

  6. Supply of extra Medical Equipment, valued at N18, 000,000.00 (Eighteen million naira).

  7. Supply, Installation and Training of Medical personnel of the Digital Radiology Equipment I and II to Okolobiri General Hospital, valued at N185,113,336.55k (One hundred and eighty-five million, one hundred and thirteen thousand, three hundred- and thirty-six-naira fifty-five kobo).

  8. Supply of a 120kva servo voltage controller, valued at N6, 500,000.00 (Six million, five hundred thousand naira).

  9. Supply of 2HP split air conditioner, valued at N326,000.00 (Three hundred and twenty-six thousand naira).

  10. Appraisal of a Primary Health Care Centre in Delta State, valued at N39,000,000.00 (Thirty-nine million naira).

  11. TARERE VENTURES LIMITED operated the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) 24 hours free Health Care Services in 4 Ijaw centres in Delta State namely – Okerenkoko, Ogulagha, Ojobo and Okibo Zion. The project started in the year 2007, the turnover for this project was about 350,000,000.00(Three hundred and fifty million naira only) a year. The resounding success this programme has recorded is in part responsible for the relative peace in the creek of Delta State.

  12. Supply and installation of Purell hand sanitizers to the government of Bayelsa state since 2012.

Provision Of Hand Hygiene Services In Collaboration With WHO And Gojo Industries USA

 In 2012, SKD Productivity Centre (UK) and the sister company in Nigeria Solu-Care Aide undertook several seminars on the importance of hand hygiene in Abuja in addressing problem of infection prevention and control in clinical settings, schools, hotels and other public places. Gojo launched various Purell hand sanitizer products which include the TFX non-touch automated dispensers and refills, the work stations combo, the NXT manual dispenser and refills and the 59ml pocket size sanitizer. SKD ProductivityCentre (UK)and its Nigeria representative Solu-Care Aide are the sole representative of Gojo industries in the distribution of the Purrel products in Nigeria.

Our Chairman, Dr Tare Biu and Tarere Ventures Ltd are partners and major distributor to SKD Productivity Centre in the UK and Solu-Care Aide in Nigeria. Staff of Tarere Ventures Ltd have had adequate training in the needs analysis of hand sanitizer, installation and troubleshooting of the various products. In 2012, long before the Ebola scare in Nigeria, Tarere Ventures Ltd installed hand sanitizer in various place including the Okolobiri Teaching Hospital in Bayelsa State in Nigeria and Federal Medical Centre, Yenagoa.

In the same year, we provided hand hygiene service including installation of Purell dispensers and refills at the Bayelsa State Government House, all Ministries, Government House Clinic, House of Assembly, Governor’s House, Deputy Governor’s House and Speaker House of Assembly’s lodge. We have also installed these products in commercial banks in Portharcourt, River State and retailed in Bayelsa, Delta and Lagos State.
